Morocco


Morocco. I’ve been writing about it so long that this is technically not R & R, but I just saw this on my random-photo screen saver and wanted to share it. The small town of Chefchaouen is high in the Rif Mountains. It's called - for obvious reasons - the Blue Town.

let's get started


I want to start with sunrise and sunset. I took the sunrise on the porch of our place at Great Cistern in the Bahamas in January; the sunset is from the dock at my good friend Annie’s camp at Sebec Lake in Maine. Both un-photoshopped. Seriously, it really looked like that.
